User Experience Specialist

Within the Digital Commerce teams we work in product teams with dedicated focus on a channel or journey and we want to bring together all the roles that are needed to build high-quality products. This means you are closely connected to your team of UX specialists, you report to your Manager UX, but also frequently collaborate with data analysts, experimentation/product analysts, developers, product owners & more. You'll be working at both our offices in Varsseveld and Utrecht (flexible working schedule). ​

 

Things that will keep you busy if you join our team as a User Experience Specialist:

  • Lead the implementation and performance of techniques such as voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, and qualitative touchpoint analysis to identify customer pain points, challenges, and hurdles.

  • Advise on approaches to eliminate negative experiences and enhance customer interactions.

  • Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including customer experience testing.

  • Conduct customer and market research by performing research and analysis techniques.

  • Use primary data sources to research digital product/service performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Produce multiple concepts and prototypes to design digital products/services.

  • Support digital channel management through the use of front-end interactive technologies, encompassing usability, design, user interface, and device strategy.

  • Facilitate an understanding of engagement metrics and provide regular performance analysis.

  • Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.

What will help you be successful in this role:

  • At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing companies within the expertise of UX and interface design.

  • Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.

  • Knowledge and experience with Sketch, Figma and/or Design Systems.

  • ​Have an iterative mindset and you can prove your case with data and customer behaviour.

  • Working in agile (product) teams with a continuous focus on customer value and results.

  • Front-end knowledge is seen as a plus.

  • We are looking for someone who can take ownership, has a good feeling for design and a sharp eye for details.
